Who can invest?

How do I invest?

Participation is via an SPV (typically S.L. or S.A., depending on size/profile). Rights are set out in the by-laws and shareholders’ agreement. Tenphos manages analysis, execution, legal follow-up and exit on behalf of the SPV.
